Stroke detection upstream of the hospital
Catching stroke before the stroke.
Every shift starts with a 10-second B.E. F.A.S.T. video. On-device AI compares facial droop, speech, and arm-raise against the client's longitudinal baseline — and routes alerts directly to receiving stroke teams. We sit upstream of Apple Watch, FAST.AI, and Viz.ai, feeding them cases 30 to 60 minutes earlier than they'd otherwise see.
Caregiver-driven capture
Caregivers can't clock in until they capture the day's screening video. Friction by design — the data we need is the data that starts the shift.
On-device AI
Facial-landmark + audio MFCC + motion analysis runs on the caregiver's phone. Nothing leaves the home unless something is wrong. Privacy-first, latency-free.
Direct hospital alerts
When the model flags a change, alerts route directly to the receiving hospital's stroke team — not a telehealth middleman. Compress time-to-thrombectomy. Save brain.
